She's got the look... not as skinny as barbie, but though sometimes got makeup like one :-)
She's got the move.
She is charming. Sometimes looks vulnerable but also strong at the same time. Her young blood show up everytime she got not-too-good remarks from Simon. Overall, she shines... have you noticed how often she smiles?

Seems like most american like her. For me, she is not the one with best voice, but overall (performance after performance) I think she deserve to be an idol, a singing queen. Young and sweet, only seventeen. This is her now.
